jThese classes are for people who wish to obtain their Kentucky concealed carry permit or are wanting to learn the basic fundamentals of shooting a pistol safely.

There are two types of classes that I am certified to teach.

First one and most popular is my Basic Pistol Firearms course ($65) that is my own class certified through the Kentucky State Police. This is a 5-7 hour instructor led class.

I also offer an all women's class. This class focuses on handgun fundamentals, but is more in depth training on situational awareness scenarios that women may encounter. The student will get the same completion certificate with either class.

Students will receive a certificate after completing the class. The student can use this certificate to apply for a Kentucky CCDW permit.

The other courses offered are the NRA basic pistol classes. You can get your Kentucky CCDW permit with any of these classes.

For those of you who wish to take the 8 hour NRA Basic Pistol shooting Instructor led course, please email me, or register at NRAinstructor.org 

​If you wish to take the NRA Basic Pistol shooting course - Blended, you must first take the NRA basics of pistol shooting online course phase 1 at NRAonlinetraining.org  The cost of the online portion is $60 to the NRA. Once you complete the online class, you can notify me via email for the 5 hour instructor led portion. Also you can go to NRAinstructor.org and register for the Basic Pistol Shooting - Blended class when I have it posted. The cost of the Blended portion is $65 paid to me. If you plan on moving out of state, the NRA certificate can be recognized in several other states
